new residence permit and employers
won’t consider you for a position
Get your school or company to fill it in and stamp it with
their official chop. The form is broken up into 3 parts.
First is personal details, then the department you work for, which needs
to filled in and stamped by the department head,
and the last part is supposed to be filled
in by your company’s Foreign Affairs officer, and also stamped.
Remember without the stamps, it’s useless.
